We accept: United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, Anthem BCBS Kentucky, Aetna, Cigna, Horizon BCBS New Jersey (Florida and Kentucky only), Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania (Kentucky and Virginia only), Ascension (SmartHealth)- Florida only, Kaiser Permanente of the Mid Atlantic (Virginia only), Anthem EAP- Expanded (Virginia only), BCBS Massachusetts, Florida Blue, and Medicare Part B

*Registered interns can only accept Cigna and Aetna

*Tranquil Seas Therapy, LLC will provide the client with a "superbill" to submit to insurance providers for out of network reimbursement if their insurance is not listed.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Tranquil Seas Therapy, LLC at least 24 hours in advance, you will be  required to pay the full cost of the session.
